Here is my just completed Captain Cold.
Suit by be - Wire in the hood.
Richard Reed Head- With BK influenced hair highlights to make him "Colder" and hopefully less Richard Reed.
Custom glasses carved by me from the Spiggit of a 99 cent Water Pot.
Gun pilfered from Dr. Evil - also a castaway body.
Belt and Holster from Monkey Depot.
