Here's my version. He was always a childhood favorite from Brave and BOld COmics and, I think, All-Star Squadron. This is my interpretation in navy. The head is BK's Dick Sprang Batman head modified and the rest is mine. Looking at the pics, I can see the blues don't match between the head and suit. I may have to alter that.
