I made a Quicksilver years ago, although I never posted it, since I was not crazy about how it looked. I finally got around to re-making it. Quicksilver in his original costume has been doen many times before, so I tried to find a different version of his costume to make. I found pictures of this costume online, which he wore earlier this decade.
I used a Doc Mego light blue suit turned backwards. I cut and sewed the collar, vinyl cuffs and chestpiece myself. I cut down the boots from a custom pair I got at MegoMeet 2007. The head is an Aquaman head I modified years ago. I used plumbers exopy to build up the hair. I repainted the hair in flat white last week. The head is the only remianing piece from my original Quicksilver.
