Great job Al. I'm really digging the Blob! Awesome stuff indeed
blob , i've really enjoied in doing it 5 years ago, my nephew had a fat figure from hercules movie...the torso and the arms were perfects but not the hand and the legs...so i've did a doc frankestain job with milliput bigjim's legs and toy biz hands, assembling all in mego style, the head was one of my first total sculpt...the icredible is that this huge figure is still poseable
there lookin good! not a big fan of the x-men, but there still lokking cool!!
thanks pal, well the story of the x men and the mutants was one of the most brilliant ideas in marvel's house...as all the good ideas keep on the tension and the interest in the mutant's world is not an easy deal...in my opinion sometime the mutant's sague reached the greatest possible level in comics art...but, in the other hand, higher you rise up....deeper you fall down...sometime, i confess, i found their stories unreadeable...too many mutants series, with forced cross-overs, too many temporal continuos and alternative realityes..so confused that characters it was supposed as died since long time, appears apparently in good healt without any explaination why and how they' ve come back...an example? unus, in the 80' he died in a spiderman's story...his re-pulsive force field became so strong to make him impossible even to breath...
years ago Unus survived to the nuclear attack of Genosha thanks to his repulsive force field...Hey marvel editors...better you read the comics you write
