Morning all! here is another quick litle Mego-like kitbash/ custom. I call him
Mr. Onyx Man of Mystery? He is just a generic costume adventurer. I was going for that kinda pulpnoir sort of thing! His origin is unknown, but he fights
the good fight. So evil-doers beware, for Mr. Onyx Man of Mystery is here

HEAD: Brian Leitner GL, with paints by me.
BODY: Paco wrestler, I removed the rubbery arms and replaced them with
hugh swivel biceps, and muscle forearms from Russ at Customslab,
hands are CTVT.
OUTFIT: Black bodysuit from Brian Leitner, boots are new Castawaytoys,
belt is from MonkeyDepot, and the Luger is Doc Mego.

I agree with T3T. For a fast, easy and cheap background a simple plain colored sheet thumbtacked to the wall and drapped over the table would suffice. I like the figure. Good use of spare parts. The unsung mego heros.

Very chesty torso!! I like it. I need to start playing with these body parts. I use Famous Cover bodies for my big guys. I am going to update my MEGO Thor figure and I don't want him to be the same size as my Colossus (used a Mister Sinister body and head).

I might do something like this.
