I did a backer card for this figure. I was thinking the same as far as printing out the files... maybe an iron on transfer?

An iron on transfer may work. I've never tried them, but i would be worried about the fabric stretching when the outfit was placed on the figure.

I was just at a craft store and saw thin sheets of craft foam. it is flexible but has little stretch... maybe that would be a good base for a belt. print out the belt on adhesive vinyl
and mount on the foam. i'll try this.
