WD40 will take the adhesive off, without disrupting the plastic, followed by Windex wipe.

Would this be done by spraying WD40 around one side of the plastic bubble then let sit?
followed by a gentle Windex wipe?

Normally I use FTC clams, but in this case I think doing so would be like sticking a Paul or Marty voodoo doll every time. I have had very little luck recycling the blisters. Eternal soak and finger nail scraping, my adhesive remover didn't touch it.

If 2018 Mego bubbles, how are you removing the residue from the bubble when it was pulled off the factory card?

Probably not - too little time. But rest assured when it comes to cards if I can make it, anyone can.
