They sell excellent suede-like material that won't ravel that looks like it's that color. It would "shred" well.

Hey Dane, sorry man, I've had one of those painted to put up on my site for a couple weeks, I just haven't had a chance to update my site.

Dane was cool enough to let Paul and I make this head available to anyone who wants it. It's not up on my site yet, but one day it will be.

I have some ribbed fabric like that in white all you gotta do is dye it tint it or turn it brown.I used it on my custom robert april fig.It should work well for the collar and cuffs.I hope you can tell in the pics its pretty thick so you don't need anything to pad it up.

They Make Ribbed Fabric Like that Dane.
Do the Collar in some ribbed Fabric,.. Put a Piece of Craft Foam in it (to give it the Raised look) then sew it to your Shirt. I'd make the whole Shirt ,.. then when it was done cut it Up.

Thanks for the tip! I haven't been to a Johann Fabric's for awhile...I'll have to go hunting. Plus...I need some more blue Spandex anyway.
