Orc Warrior (WIP)

I'm working on a 1/6 Orc using a Jakks "Ringside Rebels" Booker T as a base figure. Here's a quick look at where he's at now, so you can get an idea:

My question is, where would you go from here? I'm thinking about wigging him and having a helmet that covers the top part of his face, armored forearm bracers, and maybe shoulder pauldrons attached to a leather chest harness. Should I repaint his eyes and sculpt his nose so it looks less human? LotR-style Uruk-hai shield and sword, or more WoW-ish, like Gorehowl? White Hand facepaint or a Warsong Clan tattoo on his shoulder? Any ideas you have, just throw them out here for me. Thanks!

EDIT: I think I'm going to ditch that nose ring for a smaller gauge.

loose the hair and redo the nose like you said. maybe resculpt the brow to look a bit more like a brute.
