Pimp my...joker tank!

So, I've been going at contraptions from a slightly different angle...



Well, hello there, everyone. Look, it's Doctor Venture (standing in for the Joker---who I don't have).



Look as Dr. Venture, uh, just stands there for scale.



The top of the tank opens and there is room inside for a villain, super scientist or annoying street lunatic.



There's room inside for a figure to sit (or at least there will be when I'm all done).



And the hatch can shut with said super scientist inside!



I still need to paint it some eye-popping Joker colors and maybe a little more décor and the whole thing needs to be sanded/varnished so it doesn't catch on costumes.
