So for two straight days, I've done nothing but cut cardboard...and my hands are feeling it lol

I really wanted to go the 10th mile and make the insert using corrugated board.
At first, I tried making the first insert and said to myself - to heck with this, just too hard...but I continued on.
The second insert, I figured out some folding strategy...the third insert, piece of cake.

Here's a shot of the template to make the cuts and the backside of a folded insert.

Ok, I am getting pretty close.
I have one week before Mego Meet to wrap these up.
I built ten of each shark and I'm keeping one of the A vs GWS for myself.
I'm not really sure I have another run of these in me, so it will be up to y'all. If demand is there, I will do another run of ten...if demand is still there after that, I wasn't really planning to go past 20.
I think everyone is really gonna like this, it's looking really darn cool.

The Super Powers shark is a whole other story - he'll be available for as long as people want him. Production costs and labor are a third of his big brother.

Yes, they will be numbered and signed. The backside has a perfect spot for this.

I have been going thru my PMs and Facebook messages regarding those who placed dibbs.
If I've contacted you, I'm ready to take payment. I tried to go in order best I could.
It's looking like a second run of ten is probably going to happen, so if you missed out, there's another round in the works.

I really wish not to sound ungrateful, but I can't do payment plans and I can't hold these until a later date.
These were done at cost, I'm out of a job :-)
Funds are getting me to the meet as I rob Peter to pay Paul.

Super Powers Sharks are still in the production phase, but I anticipate meeting my goal.

What a great project...so many years in my head...one full year to make it really happen.
First run is gone - poof - didn't even get the chance to make a marketplace thread. Thanks everyone for the support.

With the amount of messages Ive received between here and Facebook, a second run is looking better and better.
I've got to talk to some folks first. :-)

thanks guys, I appreciate the comments!
They're already gone - but will be seen at Mego meet.
A second run is a possibility - and if it happens, I am fully intending to go the molding/resin/rotocasting route - at least on the main body of the shark.
After Mego Meet has calmed down and the brainstorming settles, I'll post an Interest/Sales thread in marketplace to start filling some slots.

Super powers shark is a tad behind schedule due to technical issues, but everything is done...just have to print a couple more pieces and start the sanding/painting.
