Punisher moving along

I just got back from Winnipeg Manitoba where I was able to buy a retro Mego Darkseid from Toys R Us on Regent Ave. I have taken the head off him and put on a Fonz head with a blacked out eye. I then put on a black body suit as well as the Punisher decal theanks to David Lee. I had a white belt with a chrome buckle so I added that to his waist. I also had some GI Joe plastic guns laying around so I threw those in as well. Now its just a matter of painting his hands white as well as his boots. Can anyone out there tell me why removing the Darkseid head was such a pain. I litteraly had to use a screw drive and plyers to remove it, yet the Fonz head slipped in with no issues. Pictures of this super easy to make custom to follow as soon as posible.
