War Machine: What tricky ideas do you think?

I've been reconstructing that Dr. Doom armor that came with the 9" Famous Covers Doctor Doom.

First step was to slip it over the Mego body, cut parts out of the rubbery armor and super gluing it evenly to fit the body. It was like putting a jig saw puzzle together.
In order to get movement by the crotch area I decided to mend it with some fabric in that area (which I'll later color to match the suit). The hands I have replaced from a giant 9 1/2 hard plastic War Machine figure that were way too small, including the head. I also embedded the shoulder pads.
War Machine is also a little more bulkier then other normal heroes so the little bit of bulk in the armor padding gives him the extra needed sizing without disrupting the height.

I added a picture compared to a basic Mego Captain America figure (well, my Cap is on my custom body with an altered suit but you get the idea.) As you can see it's the same size now.

So now what? What should I add to this baby before he goes through a paint process to color the armor.

OK folks.....Here is the update since 11/06/2012

Well, I was trying to go hog-wild with weapons all over this figure's body but decided for now I will just leave him with the cannon on his shoulder. I know there is a G.I. Joe Missile launcher that will look portable on this figure's body but I will probably spend eternity trying to find the right one so I'm done (for now).

You need the arc reactor. I would mount some guns on the shoulders. Use magnets to mount them, that way you an remove them any anytimeb

The arc reactor (painted red too match the eyes, of course. ) and a big-*** shoulder gun. On the right side, maybe a missile-launcher thing-a-mahoo. Otherwise, it looks great! Nice job so far!

Oh he's been finished. Just deciding when to post it. Haven't been getting good feedback with this board so I haven't been posting a lot of my work. Just keeping it for myself and other boards but if you insist I'll send you an offline picture. I have done a pretty excellent job with the mounted cannon gun. Still no missile launcher type thing for the the other side but he looks pretty amazing with the stuff I combined with those parts from that robot and War Machine head.

OK. Had a few people offline me. So I guess I'll just show what I have so far. I'm not 100 percent happy with him. I still need another weapon for the back. Missile launchers? They make any smaller plastic GI Joe toys like that? That small size would be cool on his back.

              Thoughts?

He's done. As far as I'm going to take him.
