This looks good, but, Shouldn't this be on a smaller body? i thought they were shorter than humans.

Yes and no - they definitely were shorter (I think they hired petite women to fill the suits - they're mostly shorter than Jane Seymour in production stills) but my target goal on this was WWMD and taking Talos and Mugato into account I decided they'd have put it out as a standard sized body. Mattel did for their 3 3/4" line.

Well it depends on what you're making. Our Gang and Lion Rock arms are a bit too long for this assembly, besides Ovions don't have elbows on the secondary arms, so it wouldn't make much sense there. If BBP were doing theirs I could totally see it because it would save mold cost to use "child body" arms.
I used those when I did the four armed gas mask alien from the Star Wars Cantina. The arms I made up for Ovion here are using a standard T2 sized shoulder part, so the only difference between putting these and LR or OG arms in would be making a smaller pair of arm openings.
