Lumpy from the SW Hoiday Special

Saw that Kenner had originally intended to make figures of Chewbaccas's family but later determined that the Star Wars Holiday Special wasn't that successful. Go figure.

So, here's Lumpy in the works..

Planning on making a mold and casting him if he turns out.

This one will look awesome on a custom 1970s style card.

As far as card backs go, there are multiple places online that offer templates. You can print them out on cardstock, or glossy (thin) brochure paper then spray mount it on card stock for a semiglossy look.
