I refer to this jacket as Wonderman's Hollywood jacket.
I stopped making my Mego customs based on the current timeline in comics.
I think my super hero fashions start or stay around anything before 1997 and anything else I add at my own desecration or leave things as they are. There is way too much **** out there to keep up with.
Anyhow, this is my 5th attempt at the red "Hollywood" jacket. I wanted the pockets to look like he could stick a comb or his glasses in there but I think the bagginess of the pockets may have been too much.
Plus, I wanted to pad the arms a bit so he didn't look like a turd compared to Thor or Captain America (my Captain America is made on a special muscle Mego 8 inch body). I was going to stick Wonderman on that body but decided to go with a new shot at the coat.
Here is what I got so far. Remember, this is a W.I.P. (work in progress.)
This is my current Wonderman figure with his latest red jacket on. He is standing next to my hybrid 8 1/2 inch Thor who is designed with Mego and Famous cover parts to make the special body (This was before Dr. Mego was making muscle bodies. I will never have to make my own muscle bodies again!!)
