    My Headless Horesman Head Prototype

    Hi All -

My custom figure has been put on hold due to a lot of freelance work (On top of the normal job)

Wanted to see what you think - Its a pumpkin head for the Headless Horseman

(Im building an art blog so thats why its formatted that way)

Sharp sculpt with lots of character. It would also make a great Jack-o-Lantern (spidey villain).

Perfect for the Halloween season! I like that you put in the photo that you used polymer clay for the sculpt. Love seeing final results but always interested in the process of how to customize.

                        Thanks everyone!

I made a body for it but have never been quite happy with it, so more trial and error is needed...

I love working in Polymer clay... This head took about an hour to sculpt and an hour to paint - It went really fast... I got some "good" sculpting tools finally - Not just the junky makeshift ones I used to use - and it made a world of difference - They arent even THAT good - Just a 15$ set I picked up on Amazon... but still worked great!

Thanks everyone - The ironic part is that while I was trying to develop something to be my own toy line, I got contracted to sculpt an awesome prop replica for Factory Entertainment! So from one collectible line to another for a while - I hope to get back to this soon -

If anyone is interested they announced my future collectible on their facebook page today!
