12" Mego-Style Female Bodies..

I'm giving thought to making my first custom. I'd like Mego style, but I have not found any of the clothing, accessories, etc. in Mego 8" size.

Or if anyone can tell me where I can get fishnet stockings/pantyhose for 8" size, great!

Laurie/Polyester has some good stuff along those lines. I've sewn my own, using cheap nylons. It's tricky.... you gotta monkey with the sewing machine settings, and USE A BACKER PAPER! (That's how I learned stuff can get stuck in the mechanism of a sewing machine and throw it's timing off.)

You can cut down a lot of Barbie stuff too, but that's tricky as well.

If you're going to do 12 customs look for Cy girl/cool girl BBI Takara and Triad toys for your customizing needs.

and yes Laurie is the way to go for 8" stuff she's cool peeps and her stuff is awesome
