You might want to trim the sleeves at the cuff a little. The figure looks like its wearing a coat that's too big for it.

As for the front part, it's basically a trapezoid right?

Nice representation of the character! I've always loved The Rocketeer. Always hoped they'd've made more than one movie about him, but I guess that's a lost cause....!
sigpic Oh then, what's this? Big flashy lighty thing, that's what brought me here! Big flashy lighty things have got me written all over them. Not actually. But give me time. And a crayon.

There'd have to be huge demand for it, and as far as I know, there isn't.

I liked it myself, if only because Timothy Dalton did such an excellent job as a corrupt Errol Flynn type.

I've looked into getting a replica of that jacket and they want beau coup bucks for it.

Somewhere in the range of 600 and change, the last time I looked.

Nice one Kingdom Warrior ... Rocketeer is a great character to do.

Like everyone else so far, I also regret the lack of merchandise from the movie.

          Oh, and Jennifer Connelly was

You lucky bastitch! She's one of the handful of Hollyweird types I would like to meet. From the interviews I've seen with her and the ones I've read, she seems like she'd be really easy to talk to so long as you don't "geek" out on her. Most celebs HATE that s**t....

Why not use an AJ scuba tank for the rocket pack?

Just spray paint it silver, and bang! You're done.

The thing with that is Dave Stevens drew an Art Deco rocket pack that looked like it came off a Flash Gordon movie set. to use a scuba tank would tell my brain wrong!......I like the movies twin Rocket pack so that's just a no brainer to use the one that came from a Rocketeer movie figure.....

did you need more fabric that matches that jacket? It looks like a FC Rogue coat, which I should have somewhere.

The figure looks really great as is. I have the Applause figure and never thought about using it as a base for a Mego like figure. Really cool so far!
