LOL. I made the mistake of seeing the Burton bomb, but the cover of the 'Playmate' video in the video store told me all i needed to know. Besides, what would my wife think?Comment

I saw it in the theater alone (Wendi and i didn't want to drag along 1 year old triplets) surrounded by about a dozen other unenthusiatic people. Ho hum. I should have stayed home and changed diapers.
Chris, here's a couple of new snaps of the chairs I-P. They are somewhat remisicent of your avatar, but of the other side of the ship.

Thanks! Praise for the chairs should go to Chris. I'm only painting them, mass producing the hardware and working out the mechanics. I'm still trying to figure out the ideal location for the bases of the chairs so they can swivel. Because of the weight of the chairs, the bases need to be anchored down. I still need to add seatbelts and the little black vinyl sections that attach the metal frames to the cushions. Other than that, the ship is all yours...Comment

WOW!!
Stunning work as usual.
What are the seats made out of/
And, I noticed you said "mass producing"?Bugler, sound the advance.Comment

Too late. All that work has been done. It's just that it's pretty tight and they may not swivel entirely depending on the position of the adjacent chairs.
The steel framing of the chairs were made from wood dowels rather than molded in resin, so there was a bit of production lining there. The cushions were molded in resin. The chair bases are door knob bases and the pole an old broom handle. And, I noticed you said "mass producing"?Comment
