    My original, custom Frankestein design

    Got inspired for doing my own version of Frankenstein for a custom figure. I wanted to explore the sympathetic side of the character, since that is the most intriguing part of him. There's a little Karloff in there for good measure and some inspiration from Berni Wrightson as well. I also have some great ideas for the outfit... All leather and fur, crudely hand sewn together. I think I'm gonna do my own version of Drac, Mummy, CFTBL, and the wolfman, too. This one's going off to the mold as soon as I clean him up a bit. I'll post pix of the finished figure when I'm done;

        Great job! I love that rotted out look, and you actually sculpt in scale. Can't wait to see the finished figure.

          man, that is freakin' sick! I LOVE original designs.

          Mina is the world's first Paranormal Petsitter in the new middle-grade book series by Gary Buettner, MONSTER PETS, coming in FALL 2014 from EMBY KIDS. Spooky adventure that's perfect reading for kids 8-12

              very Berni
              Swamp Frank - I love it!
              I can see a wrightson style Cainish werewolf sitting alongside this in a doggishly deviled manner. keep 'em coming.
              perhaps you can find a way to write all your characters into an updated monster squad for your next movie!!!!

              well, ok; maybe not. But it would be keen to see the above sculpt as a full sized latex face on the silver screen.
