I bought a Cipsa Bill head off Bryan awhile back.He was in pretty rough shape,but the price was right and i do need a stand-in until i can find one that is in better shape with original clothes.I will probably be waiting a long time before that happens so for the time being this guy will work.Heres the before and after pic.I plan on replacing his Mego attire with some custom "Bill" clothes.Thanks again Bryan.

Good idea,i seen someone else here i think that did his Bill like that,but these pants were borrowed from another figure and i found some material that more closely resembles the original Bill pants,now all i have to do is make them.I got too many "Works In Progress"and not enough time.
