That wouldn't work: The arms and legs would be too small and end up slipping into the torso unless you were able to put some Milliput or something around the arm/leg cavity to keep them from sliding in...

But, since it sounds like IM will be using them with his 12" figures, I don't think they'd need to be any shorter than what they'd be to start with...

I'm also thinking the way to go is to take a Fat body and put 5 or 6 inch figure from CTVT arms and legs on it.

I'm going to try and get a decent size comparison later this week. The mutant drones will either be the Mego fat body repros or, if they shoud proof too short, I'll go with something in the 9 - 10 inch range. Or maybe the fat body with a little height extension? hmmmmmm.........

While I don't usually present WIP, I'm kinda jazzed on these two. Mendez is an altered BW head (chin/nose). Ongaro (Negro in the credits which i hate BTW) I went for a what would mego do thing by exaggerating his hood. I have someone making me some killer robes for these two. I will probably do a variant of them with pink heads with veins.

Try the Hasbro 9 inch Penguin for a fat body in that size. I may have a couple in my body boxes.

I haven't checked on the feasability; but you MIGHT be able to take an 8" upper arm and attach a 5" child bod lower arm to it. It'll probably involve shaving the elbow joint a bit, but it's theoretically possible. If you use a repro upper arm you might be able to redrill the pin hole.... if that'd be required.

Legs would be easier; you can probably fudge them by using the smaller hip piece too. (I did something similar for my "Strong GUy" body by attaching an 8" lower body to a 12" upper muscle body.)
