If you're going by the Star Fleet Tech Manual, I suggest you drop the leg openings.

They just make the project harder and nobody will ever see them anyway.

Not to hijack this thread, but all this reminded me of a little project I did a while back... Inspired by the kind of things Mikey just shared with his cardboard accessories, I came up with designs for a transporter console. It was designed so you could print it out on heavy card stock, cut it out, and assemble.

I talked to "LaserMego" Paul about translating this into a plastic version, but nothing ever really happened with that plan, and honestly, I kinda got focused on other projects and forgot about it.

But if somebody could advise me with how to share PDFs on this site, I'd be happy to share my blueprints... if anyone is interested.

I'm in the final stages of building and should spend next weekend doing finishing details. I hope to be making molds by the weekend of March 6 so my two prototype testers should have their pieces a few days after that.
