I don't know about gloves, but here's one for masks. You could adapt it or just make a mold and use the pseudo roto-cast method the author describes.

Short version...Wrap tin foil around the hands and "sculpt" it to the right shape. Dip while the arm is still wearing the tinfoil. Let dry with the fingers pointing up. Dip again. Let dry fingers pointing up. Slide/wiggle the glove off the arm. If the dip feels "thin" dip and dry again with the fingers pointing up. It should be thick enough now for you to roll the glove between your fingers. This loosens up the tin foil. After a while the foil should start shredding itself up inside the glove. Get a little rougher to hasten the process. Using needle nosed pliers, you should be able to start pulling chunks of foil out. After the foil is gone, trim the sleeve end of the glove. i did one on the old list but it's been wiped.
I used the method above but used an actual cloth piece (sock-like) sewn very tight and then dipped it while it was placed over the foot or hand. This way it won't shrink up as much. Plasti dip shrinks up if it's not affixed to something.
btw have you seen castaways toys new post? why make gloves out of plasti dip when you can but these babies?
