Yes, you can. You make a plaster mold and slush cast with liquid latex. I used to make custom boots this way in the early 90's.

I am sure that the movie Batman head sculpt at Customslab is amazing, as always.

And for a removable-cowl version of this figure, may I suggest ADA CHAN'S Christian Bale sculpt.

Cool Buk...thanks! Still working this out in My Head...I know I don't want a complete Rubber Suit...but Pieces glued onto a Body Suit...so that He's still posable. And...I'll be using a bulked up Body...not a skinny Mego.

I found some black rubber dishwashing type gloves at Dollar Tree that are thin enough to use for mego costuming.
