    Dr Fate shoulder thingees? Ideas?

Any good ideas how to make the circular shoulder trim ala Dr Fate? They are important enough I'd like to include them in a costume, but am kinda stumped as to how. All suggestions for a remedial amateur welcome! Thanks!

Thin Plastic Under Fabric. Sew the Ends together,.. then slide it up the arm. Thats what I did.

Or you can say heck with it and go with the Egyptian Hector Hall look. I thought this was Dr. Fate's best look. I don't know why they changed it again!

A quick solution might be to take a pair of yellow repro boots & trim them straight across for Fate's boots. Then, take the leftover pointed circular pieces & snip them open at the narrowest part.

These curved, triangular pieces could then be glued on the blue bodysuit at the shoulder.
Or, use yellow vinyl or pleather.

Mego would have probably opted for a sewn version, like Green Arrow or Iron Man.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.
