Head for Flash

I've already got a custom Flash I purchased off Ebay that's got a removeable cowl, but I want to make one of my own with a regular head. What is the best one available out there? I think the only one I've seen is the one Austin has, and that may be the Flatt head. I have no idea on this one. I'll likely just grab Austin's, but I was curious what other options I have?

Right now there is Austin's, the DM/Flatt head, and Brian Leitner's Captain America mod. Troy Younger used to have one, but I'm no sure he's selling it at the moment.

I use Dana Shaw's Flash head for mine. He's given it to me and Paul to cast and we now have it available, I just don't have it listed on my site yet.

I forgot about yours, Derek. Now that I'm starting to really get into this hobby, I'm picking up little details and nuances. That's his Atom head with Flash head wing things attached. I like.


This is my current Flash figure. I like him a lot, but I didn't have anything to do with his construction, so that bothers me a little. Is that normal?

Yeah...it's normal to not like Cloth Masks...They just don't look right.

I have Brian Leitner's Captain America mod. and I like it a lot since I think if Mego made a Flash, they might have re-used the head as well. So I feel it is a very mego-esque Flash.

I liked that take quite a bit, Dave. I think he looks a little stern for BA, but he would make a fantastic WW.

There is nothing wrong with the Dr. Mego/Charlie Flatt head. It does not look like a pinhead. I think it is one of the better ones out there.

I've always HATED the Flatt one Myself...that's why I felt the need to make My own. But Hey...like Russ said...everyone's opinion differs...You may think Mine sucks.
