larger Clamshell for Teen Titans backer Boards

Does anyone know if ther are any larger sized Clamshells for the Teen Titan sized backer Boards they're about an inch wider? Does anyone make reprints of the Titans backer boards or are willing to make a custom stlye one of the regular WGSH size? I want to add Robin to the front artwork and do a new display on the back.
Then when i start my custom line i want to do a series for each set of 5 i come up with. Yes there are that many Titans! i was counting earlierand got up to 66! I'll never make them all but i want to try to get about 25 done in the coming years. So i want to be able to display them nicely. thanks for any help.
