Old School Custom Packaging Tutorial

came across this old-school tutorial on what I assume to be one of the original Mego Museum pages. LOVE the hand drawn illos. Anyone know who came up with this? It's got a lot of charm, particularly the Q-tip package suggestion for a bubble.

It's written by Matt Jaycox, he did a lot of great ones and helped a lot of folks out.

I really truly love the old-school cut and paste hand made approach of this tutorial. Pre-computer layout, colour copier as the bleeding edge of technology at the time I'm assuming!
