Need help removing a stain

I'm using a Dr. Who Leela figure for a custom and when I removed her bead necklace I found it had left 3 very noticeable blue stains on the neck peg. Unfortunately, there is no way to cover them with the custom piece. I have tried Acetone and Goo Gone, but nothing is touching the stains. Anyone have any questions?

There is a product called Removzit that is basically a peroxide pimple cream that pulls stains out of plastics an vinyl. Removzit is kindof pricy compared to an otc peroxide cream, and I have had just as good of results with the latter.

I had very good luck with Removezit on GiJoe heads.
