    I'm wondering? 7" Robin head.....

I was looking at the new FTC 7" 1st app. Robin.
And I was wondering if there is a smaller Robin head on any megos?
Like a T1.... whatever. Anyone seen one done yet?
    I think I want one?

so, FTC didn't bother at all to reduce the head? Just jammed it on a 6 inch body?

dm may have molded a shrunken head. I remember seeing one somewhere at some point. Otherwise a lion rock head can work as a substitute.

I read somewhere that FTC reduced the Robin head for the FA teen Robin. Well, that is not true. It is just a repaint of the 8 inch Robin head. I own both and see no difference in size. Shame on them!

I have a DM Robin head in a smaller scale. Darker flesh with blonde hair and no mask. Is this the one called "Blonde youth head" on Dr. Mego's site? No pic to compare.

Has anyone done a review on this line? Looking at the prototype pics of Robin, it seems they didn't do any resizing apart from the body. Tunic, shorts and boots appear as if they would fit an 8 inch body. Ovenmitts only appear to be cut down. Belt seems to be the only exception.
I've seen other pics that show a different style Robin boot that looks as if it flairs out around the foot.

FWIW here's what I did with a FA Robin & mostly surplus parts I had on hand:

FA head on a FTC body with '66 gloves, the rest from DM

FA tunic/cape, trunks & shoes on a Lion Rock body & head, with DM teen gloves & mask.

BTW, mask doesn't look as oversized for real as it does in the photo, and the LR head sorta has a Burt Ward look to it IMO. But I do like how the others here used Aqualad & Speedy heads-those look good.

The Dark Knight is only relevant to this post as other than the cowl & cape he's all surplus parts. And somehow he got in the photo...

So I'd say FTC scaled down the outfit but certainly didn't scale down the head. Yes, shame on them. But probably a really good indication a Teen Titan Robin is on its way.

Not a real review, but hope it helps.

Riderfan, Custom Lone Ranger collection is alway growing. Still working on Lobo and Danny Reid. Not posting pics on the museum at this time. Doctor Cyclops facebook page has pics of both LRs and Tonto. Will try to get pics of the others up soon.
