Did you try a neck post? Does it have to be that mego neck stem?

The thing I use is one of the larger sized hot glue gun sticks..it is the perfect diameter for the mego body

That neck can be fixed. There are a bunch of ways to do it but they will take time. Quick and dirty would be daz71 said but not sure how well it would stay because so much pressure is applied to pop it into that body.

I slice off Ralph Malph rubber neck lugs and glue them on the resin heads that need plugs.

                its true.

should work ok as they use milliput to fix water tanks and ships so should stand up to popping it into a body.

I use a dowel sometimes if the neck plug is too far gone.

I've been mulling trying this with a resin head that has a too-small plug; it's good to know it's a successful option.
