Putting a resin head on a ZICA Yvonne

Looking for advice on putting a resin head onto a ZICA Yvonne doll, my first attempt was subpar. Please share your tips, let me pick your delicious brains.

I own a dremel tool but perhaps need a different bit.

I'll post one tonight. I made the heads to pop on to the body, it works in theory but it's just a little wiggly.
