Depending on the character and your needs, perhaps if you peruse the Customs showcase threads and see what kinds of stuff different individuals are producing. I'm sure you'll notice common names/screen-names will pop up quite often.

sometimes screen printed sometimes fully sewn is best depens on the custom

Its looking like silk screening is going to be whats best. I didnt know that was even an option.

So many people here do amazing work. The only member I've bought from so far is Brian Leitner, and the costumes have been fantastic...so I definitely second that opinion.
