Mask templates

Any templates/patterns for facemasks out there?
Not just a Robin/Lone-Ranger style (though those would be nice too). but I'm looking for full face-mask, i.e. Flash or Cyclops
Also, Any thoughts on a material to use to produce a removable mask?
