    Actually it says:

    "Specializing in the Chrome Plating* of plastic for the Model car and Collector car enthusiast.

    * vacuum metallizing of aluminum.
    "

    Doesn't that mean that the "Chrome Plating" is really vac-metalled aluminum, or am I reading that wrong?
    An old Irish Blessing - "May those who love us, love us; and if they do not love us, may God turn their hearts; and if He does not turn their hearts, may He turn their ankles, that we may know them by their limping"

      That is the way that I am interpreting it to be now.

        Chrome Tech is a good company. I've known several guys in the Micronauts hobby who have had entire figures (both 3 & 3/4" and large Magno figures) chromed in both silver and gold color, both plastic and resin parts. They've all spoken well about the results. A chromed Repto and Galactic Defender are pictured here, second and third pictures down, mixed in with Takara chromed special editions:

        You do have to clean and sand them well, as the chrome makes imperfection stand out. That would be a real challenge with the rough molding I've seen on 8" Mego figures.

        I don't know if they could do rubbery plastic - like PVC.
