Some people deserve an action figure homage

I imagine this guy as Seizure, obscure nemesis of the Skokie Chapter of the Guardian Angels. He appeared in a two-story arc Colorful Hell in the short-lived Ultimate Angels series by D-Bag comics in 1993.

Really hoping FTC gets the license.
