Best Resources for Custom Heads?

Hi everyone.

I'm fairly new to customizing and I'm running into the common frustration of not finding heads that work for my projects. I'm familiar with sites like CTVT and Doc Mego, but aside from them can anyone please recommend other sites for custom heads? I don't there are other guys out there producing cool stuff but I just can't seem to find them. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

There are some folks here at the Museum like Brian Leitner and Austin Megowgsh that do great ones. I've also found some on eBay that have turned out well. Just search mego custom and you should see some.

Try punching "Custom Mego Heads" into the ebay search.

Thanks. I've looked around on ebay and yeah, there's some cool stuff. What I'm also hoping to do is talk directly to someone about commissioning some specific heads. I see a lot of names of guys who sculpt heads but I don't know how to get in touch with them.

oh i didn't know i've had about 14 heads from him & he even charged me u.s. postage to u.k a couple of times.never had any problems with him.

Russ heads do tend to be on the smaller side and are insanely dense (pressure cast to the nth degree)
He used to have an automated website that allowed users to place orders at will.
The customslab website led to a lot of orders exceeding his ability to get them out.
He is not the only mego customizer who runs into that sort of situation.
It was really depressing, but you run into this scenario a lot in the custom field.
