I'm having trouble reaching LaserMego

Has anybody been having trouble reaching Paul at LaserMego lately?I've sent him a PM and an email from this website as well as my computer and It's been almost 3 weeks(a guesstimate)with no reply.I need his help in making somethings for me for a figure.If anybody has any other way of contacting him,let him know that I reached out to him.Thanks to anyone who can let him know.

Give him a few days. Paul always gets back to you and is awesome to deal with. He, like the rest of us, have a life outside of toys. I'm sure he'll respond soon.

He is around. From my understanding Paul is busy during the week but weekends it's about LaserMego. I just texted him so he should respond. I just got some stuff from him yesterday.
