Black suits from CTVT...Are they always this snug?

Posting a video of a recent purchase of a black male body suit from CTVT.
I tripled checked my order before I bought it, it said Male8inchBlkBodysuit.
But when I got it, it just would not fit the original Type 2 Mego body or
    the Type S Zicaway Body.
    Video proof here.

So I'm returning it today, but just had to ask...is this normal?
Would I be better off buying a black bodysuit from Doc Mego?
or continue hunting black SuperJoe Bodysuits?

I recently bought a few of other colors and they were also really tight. I thought it might have been a difference in size in the type s body I was using. I finally got them on but they were super tight. I got a blue one from dr. Mego and it was fine. I don't know if this is a recent problem for CTVT or not but it makes me wary of buying any more.

I think this happens because CTVT molds are copied from vintage figures and are therefore smaller. FTC clothing is patterned smaller, too and will not always fit a vintage, Emce, or Type S body.
WANTED: Dick Grayson SI trousers; gray AJ Mustang horse; vintage RC Batman (Bruce Wayne) head; minty Wolfman tights; mint Black Knight sword; minty Launcelot boots; Lion Rock (pale) Dracula & Mummy heads; Lion Rock Franky squared boots; Wayne Foundation blue furniture; Flash Gordon/Ming (10") unbroken holsters; CHiPs gloved arms; POTA T2 tan body; CTVT/vintage Friar Tuck robes, BBP TZ Burgess Meredith glasses.

I've always found the CTVT bodysuits very tight on the legs even on their own bodies.

Doc's suits are good, Brian Leitner's are better, and Theressa's are the BEST!

I bought some purple female bodysuits from CTVT recently. The arrived navy blue. After stretching them on, the bodies wouldn't straighten out because the suits were so tight.

That stinks. Good to know but unfortunate you had to find out first hand.

I think it depends. They seem to mixing and matching older and newer product in with my orders, so I will get some of their older suits which are really snug on a Castaway or EMCE body. I've also gotten newer suits that have a looser fit.

I had the same problem with the CTVT 8 inch body suits, they fit the CTVT bodies, and not the 8 inch mego's
I ended up having a material stretch pull on the leg of one of the suits, glad I only bought just 2 when this happened
the other is on the CTVT body. The Doc Mego bodysuits fit his retro mego bodies well, but are slightly a bit big for
the original mego bodies but still good, but if you want it to be perfect, I would suggest Brain Leitner or Theressa.

I found this CTVT suit slightly snug, but it worked out quite well for President Lex Luthor --
