WIP: Brick Mantooth's Bachlor Pad

For some strange reason I have found the Brick Mantooth idea very fun. I guess it is the fact that I grew up in the 70's. Once I got my first Brick Mantooth I was hooked. I then ordered my Mantooth Bachelor Pad. I did get lucky in the fact that it fits on one of my bookshelfs. I really do not know how many people here have order this item from Dida, but those who grew up in the 70's should.

I am still working on the proper way to display the pad. By next week it could look different, but for now here pt 1 of:

Yes, I lived through it. I have a much greater appreciation for it now! He needs a crochet afghan and a tassel hanging lamp with chain links

We had an afghan in orange, brown and yellow and a brown hanging lamp with tassels that would have fit right in Brick' pad. Not sure if they had the coolness factor for Brick but definitely the color scheme!

Beyond brilliant with the "lion skin" rug.

I've been working on a similar display but I am dragging my backside. I have a display case at my mothers that I need for my Didas but it won't fit in my car. So I gotta borrow my sister's van or my Dad's truck and drive out and back, etc etc.

Looking at the wild zebra print couches on eBay hoping to find one around here. I have a gang of Brick's friends like Ron Burgandy and David Kano in Manmate fashions. Evel will make a stop cause you KNOW he and Brick are drinking buddies.

Hobby Lobby has reduced the price to the furniture to 66% off, which means they should be sold out by this weekend. To let you know, there are only two different sets the orange and the blue loveseat and chair. They can be painted as I have been trying out. I just got back from shopping picking up extra furniture for future works.
