Reproduction 12" boxes - approximate cost?

I just stumbled across a Hardy Boys Shaun Cassidy doll in the box but the top is pretty crunched up. I'd like to get a reproduction box so I can display it all and have it look snazzy. What do the customizers usually charge for this sort of thing?

Any good candidates I should contact?
