sky blue spandex - I need custom idea(s)

I found some badass material this afternoon and I have no idea what to do with it. I got enough to make four or five suits. It's a skyish blue color with some neat, little man of steel texture to it. Really sharp stuff. Now I need to figure out who I could make that uses a light blue suit or shirt or whatever. This stuff is way too cool to go unsed. Please kickstart my brain.

Superman is probably too obvious. Maybe Blue Beetle or Jack Kirby's Guardian. The Fantastic Four's costumes were light blue until Byrne updated the a bit in the 80s. even Captain America might work. Dove.

This is much lighter in color, more carolina/baby blue. That makes it much harder to decide.
