I have a project for a head sculptor

I am looking to have a custom head made. See photo below. I am thinking a 6MDM head would be a great start. Just need to elongate the head and less hair. The nose is darn near perfect. I need this for an 8" body, though. Can anyone do this and how much would it cost me?
