Cast-A-Way

Hi guys I currently have 2 Cast-A-Way bodies but they can barely lift their arms up.Does anyone have any tips on how to improve the articulation on the bodies much appreciated

heat their joints with a hair dryer of hot water. it works!

maybe the screws are too tight, I am having the reverse problem with a sorta loose arm and waist.
