    Anyone casting in color?

    Hi all!
I'm looking to have some of my existing sculpts cast in their base color tones for the specific purpose of making them more "play friendly".
My two kids are really into playing with Megos right now and I think it would be cool for them to play with some customs without having the entire face rub off to white plastic underneath.
I used to work with Paul Evans, who made spectacularly clean tooling masters from all of my clay originals. Is there anyone out there right now who LOVES casting, and is willing to do some work? (...Paul?) Either for a price per cast, or maybe in trade for reselling casts to anyone?

Post here if anyone has recommendations, kudos, etc. about anyone making good casts.

Message me if you're an interested party.

    Best,
    James

It's good to see you back sir. I've cast a lot in flesh color. Done a little in red and blue. I might be able to do a few for you.

Here's a Superman head cast in flesh with the eyes and hair painted.

It's good to be back! Hanging out in the Museum Forums is as fun as I remember!!
Great looking flesh-tone on that Supes head, Boss! That is a tough formula to get right. Thanks for the response & PM.

LOL! Well, thanks. I'm enjoying being able to spend time here again. I do plan to finish and continue the Trek waves... at some point! As for the flow of the existing ones--part of the deal I'm hoping to strike here would include the caster's option to cast as many as he or she pleases. If the caster has a shop and would like to offer them up, great! In fact I'd prefer that sort of 'trade deal' to me simply paying for casting work to be done for only me. I'd love to get these ol' sculpts available to the masses!

as someone who came after you left but was wowed and marvelled at you Star tek sculpts in yhe custom mego section - welcome back. when you dip back into the star trek head pool let me put in a suggestion / request for that other commonly seen crewman / extra - Lt Hadley (Billy Blackburn), and for helmsman and transport chief Mr Kyle (John Winston)

Yes!! Along with more Klingons, I'd love to have Commodore Mendez and Miss Piper, Commodore Stone and Areel Shaw, and more crew members.

Any one know if this ever went anywhere? I'd love to buy some of his sculpts especially cast in flesh tone.

Best Trek customs ever are by Captain Dunsel, in my opinion. Emce should have asked him to sculpt the new Trek heads for their expanded Star Trek line.

No doubt about Captain Dunsel Trek sculpts, over the years I've bought 17 sculpts for Trek (TOS) (TNG) and other
                      customs, never been more pleased.

Ach, I gravely regret not getting Brady's Tellerite set. I miss the McCormick/Evans offerings.
