Is all acetone the same?

I had acetone on my shopping list this week and my wife picked up some Beaty department 100% acetone. I had Lowes or Home Depot acetone in mind. I'm trying to shrink a 9" Hasbro Bruce Wayne head without much luck. I did manage to strip the paint off the head. Is my problem the type of head or the type of acetone?

yeah, get the acetone from Lowes or the Depot. The Hasbro heads shrink well, Monitor it close, they swell up and get really soft. I'd leave it in for about 10-15 minutes. then it will shrink as it dries.
