Making 8 inch Mego size outfits of Lost in Space.
Not sure yet which season to start with. I have examples of season 2 style outfits in my public folders.
Which should I start with? You opinion does matter. yes

it was a pain to view online all the seasons suits and then draw them and color them to know the difference.
I'll probably do them all, sense I cannot decide.

It would be awesome if you could do the mission launch silver space suits. To this day , outside of what came from trendmasters back many years ago, I don't know why a complete crew of the jupiter 2 cast hasn't been done in mego form. It seems like a no brainer. Awesome!

Silver suits are easy. I thought everyone liked the season outfits better. Unless I make the silver suits to come with the crew..I don't know.

Outfits are OK but will you have figures that look like Lost In Space to wear them?

Trying to figure that one out. I can always buy the 12 inch lost in space guys and shrink the heads. Or figure something else out. Again, don't know. I've sold custom megos of lost in space and people payed big bucks for it too. It didn't matter if it looked like them. It sold anyway. I did get rude comments though. I believed I replied, "Hey lost in space sold, so much for your theory". Never heard from that person again. Ha.

The custom lost in space that sold for $336 where the same ones' in my public photo's. Have a look and judge. Keep in mind I've gotten better over the years.

Well using Shazam as Don West is pretty inspired. He does seem to fit. If you shrink those 12" LIS heads there might be trouble. That line is still being made and the guy might take offense. I saw someone here once used a CTVT Happy Days Mrs. C to make Mrs. Robinson with good results.

I sent Dr. Smith and Will from Trendmasters 9" to Mebeifoshcet here on the boards to be re-sized for Mego use but he has been sitting on them for a few years, (he lives in Germany). If he would send them back I could maybe get someone to shrink them to Mego size. I also have Don & Judy from that line. No other people from the crew were made, sadly.

I would also recommend the LIS Robot giant Pez dispenser for Mego scale robot. I own one and lined up some Trek Megos to it and it looked right. It seems to be the right scale but a custom lower 1/2 would need to be built.

Very cool. I might soon have a Bill Mumy head that I'm going to use for a Twilight Zone custom, but LiS would be cool too.
