Who re-roots hair here now for $ or trade???

I want to do a custom Jem for my Wife on her birthday (in Sept.) and it'll take a talented hair person to help me pull it off. Here's a pic of what i need it to come out like

kind of a combo of catwoman bangs and top then longer layers. Can anyone pull it off? Please pm me with pics or links of previous work and a price. thanks

I had my daughter's Lily Munster hair re-rooted by Megomuseum member Captact. He did a very good job....My daughter's lily has a full head of hair now. I highly recommend
captact's re-rooting skills.
